To make the chicken breast with balsamic vinegar you must first cut the breast into slices. Once cut, take a large pan and let us melt the butter.
When the butter is melted, add the slices of meat and brown them well on both sides. Season them with salt and flavor them with chilli. Take the meat when it is well browned and place it on a plate.
At this point, wet it with extra virgin olive oil and flour it. Once this is done, take a small bowl and pour in the balsamic vinegar, water and sugar. Work it all out.
Then put the emulsion obtained in a pan and let it flavor for half a minute over low heat. After the indicated time, add the meat too. Finish your chicken breast with balsamic vinegar by leaving it on the fire for a few more minutes.
Your chicken is ready, serve it with basmati rice, baked potatoes or a nice fresh salad!
