SHIPPING FEES
PINOCCHIO'S PANTRY will only ship to the contiguous 50 states.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS
Standard shipping methods include UPS® Ground. When the order value is $79 or more the free shipping is guaranteed selecting the Free Standard Shipping option at checkout. The Free Shipping option applies only to Ground Shipments and excludes shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees are based on order weight, shipping location and the type of shipping option you choose. Our system will conveniently provide you the shipping fees depending on your order at checkout.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to inaccurate or wrong addresses.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS
Expedited shipping methods include UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. If an expedited shipping method is chosen, your order will be prioritized before all other standard shipping orders and will usually ship within 24 hours. Please be aware that the weekends do not count as transit days. Please note that any areas that are considered "rural" could take an extra business day to arrive. As with standard shipping, the fee for expedited shipping is based on order weight, shipping location and the shipping option you choose.

The cut-off for expedited shipping is 1PM PST.

PERISHABLE FOODS 
All of our perishable food items are carefully packed in an insulated Styrofoam bag with ice gel packs. Ice packs may arrive warm to the touch depending on weather conditions, however this is normal. The insulated bag serves to maintain the appropriate temperature necessary for the item.
In order to ensure the utmost freshness, it is strongly recommended that UPS Next Day Air® be selected on all perishable items, especially our gourmet cheeses. While perishables are insulated, shipping perishable items by ground shipping will be at your own risk. 

Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate or freeze perishable items as soon as possible. Tracking information will be provided via email when your order will be processed.

PROCESSING TIME
We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of being placed during business days on in-stock items.

If your order is placed before 2PM PST Monday through Friday, it will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 2PM PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders processed after 2PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

​DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items are shipped from California. Your order's shipping time will depend on the shipping option that you select. If you are eligible for free shipping, the delivery method that we use is standard shipping, which takes 2 to 7 business days.

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

POSTAL HOLIDAYS and Weekends
Some of the carriers we work with may close during the below holidays and every weekend. Please skip these days when estimating your delivery date.
