How to make Pumpkin pie with chocolate
To prepare the pastry, combine all the powders (flour, cocoa, sugar, and yeast). Add the cubed cold butter and eggs. Start kneading until a lump-free dough is formed.

Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
After this time, roll out the pastry with the help of a rolling pin and place them in a pan. Pierce the edges of the crust with a fork, place a sheet of parchment paper and bake in the oven at 355°F for 30 minutes. In this step, we want the base to cook without swelling.
