Rosemary Pork Roast
Preparation: 60 minutes - Cooking: 40 minutes
Difficulty: Easy - Portions: 6-8 persons - Cost: Low

Ingredients

  • 25oz Roast pork
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Organic bay leaves
  • Parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 cup of water or broth
  • Organic Dry Rosemary

How to prepare Roast Pork

Cut the vegetables and put them in the pot. Add parsley, garlic, bay leaf and rosemary. Brown on all sides and then deglaze with white wine. Then add the water without exceeding the level indicated inside the pot. Close the lid and  reduce the heat. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Open the pot and cook another 10 minutes. When the roast is cold, cut it into slices. Blend the cooking juices, and create a sauce that you will put on the slices of roast.

Place the slices of roast on a plate and pour the (heated) sauce over it. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few sprigs of rosemary.
