How to prepare Salty Easter Cake with cheese and salami
In a large bowl pour the sifted flour and make a hole in the middle. In the center pour the whole medium eggs and the dry yeast. Also add the olive oil and with a fork begin to mix the ingredients together. Next add the grated Parmesan and pecorino, salt and pepper and mix well.
As soon as the liquids begin to be absorbed by the dry ingredients, add the salami (sweet or spicy is fine) previously cut into cubes. Mix all the ingredients well. Pour everything on a pastry board and mix well for at least 5 minutes.
Once you have an elastic and quite "heavy" mixture, give it the shape of a ball, put it in the paper mold (without buttering it) and let it rise for at least 4-5 hours in the oven with the light on (for warmth). After this time has elapsed, the dough will have almost reached the edge of your paper mold. It's time to cook it!
Bake at 350 °F for about 70 minutes, strictly in static mode.
At the bottom of the oven you will need to put a saucepan full of water water which will help keep the dough from drying out during cooking. Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Once you have removed the paper mold, enjoy this delicious Salty Easter Cake with cheese and salami.
