We are an online-only Italian food store based in San Diego, California. While we don’t have a walk-in retail location, we do offer local store pickup for online orders.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $79. Alaska & Hawaii excluded.
We currently only ship within the continental U.S. 🇨🇦 Canada shipping coming soon.

Yes! For cheeses, meats, and chocolates, we recommend UPS Next Day Air® — especially in warmer months. Perishables ship with insulation, but standard shipping is at your own risk.
💳 Orders & Returns
Returns accepted within 5 days for unopened items. Return shipping is deducted from your refund — we provide the label.
Please email us photos of the damaged items within 48 hours. We’ll provide a refund or store credit based on the issue.
Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us within 1 hour of purchase with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
