OMG this is the most delicious lemon marmalade I have ever tried. I got some from a local store and I wasn't sure what to expect but when I tried it I was blown away. I had just finished a jar of British lemon jam, which I liked, so I thought I'd try this one and it was a whole other level or delicious. It is such a bright and intense flavor of Sicilian lemons but without being too sour. It's just the right balance of sweetness (very mild sweetness) and the lemons are much more rounded, citrusy, and floral than any other lemons I have tried. When I went back to the store it was out of stock so I was thrilled to find it here and ordered a bunch. I eat It on toast or in yogurt every mourning and it literally brightens up my day :)
