I have been obsessed with finding genuine Italian ingredients for making homemade Neapolitan style pizza. Similar to another reviewer, I stumbled upon a YouTube video series called Vincenzo’s Plate. This flour is featured in many of the pizza and bread recipes. So far I’ve made 13 pizzas, 1 calzone, and a loaf of bread and I’m only on my third bag of flour. It’s also very light and easy to digest. I don’t feel “heavy” after eating it. Truly delicious and I’m so happy to have found this product. Happy cooking!!
Suggestion. YouTube video called: “Vincenzo’s Plate is excellent in showing the preparation and wait time of this 00 Flour. The 00 Bread Flour that they have is fantastic!!!! I used Vincenzo’s recipe. Good Baking everyone!!!
