Arrived warm, but packaging states it needs to be kept refrigerated. Was shipped with ice packs, but they were already warm upon arrival.
All of our perishable food items are carefully packed in an insulated Styrofoam bag with ice gel packs. Ice packs may arrive warm to the touch depending on weather conditions, however this is normal. The insulated bag serves to maintain the appropriate temperature necessary for the item. In order to ensure the utmost freshness, it is strongly recommended that UPS Next Day Air® be selected on all perishable items.
