I love these Mulino plain cookies. See my review of Mulino pistachio cookies (I bought 8 bags in one order, 4 bags of each).
As ai explsined in my review of the pistachio cookies, three of the 8 bags had to be added to "ice cream toppings" storage. They'd been reduced to crumbs.
Your packaging was poor. The box was thin cardboard that didn't hold its shape in transit. And you could've absorbed all movement when the box shifted in transit by simply lining the bags of cookies with plastic bubble wrap.
You should wrap and package your cookies as if
they were precious works of art.
