Ragù is a delicious way of preparing meat sauce. Ragù is traditionally made by boiling different meats (pork, beef, turkey, lamb) in a large quantity of tomato sauce. Tiberino’s recipe is lighter and just as delicious. It is a tasty and very simple Italian recipe also known as "Bolognese," but the REAL PLUS here is that's completely VEGAN!
Preparation: bring 3 ⅕ cups (0.75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Useful tips: serve with Pecorino cheese (for non-vegans) and black pepper.
Wine-pairing: Chardonnay or light bodied white wine.
