Preparation: in a non-stick pan or a pot bring to a boil 750ml of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour the contents of the packet into it. Put the lid on and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let it stand 1 minute before serving.

Useful tips: cook it like a traditional risotto by adding water gradually. Add 2 tablespoons of Gorgonzola cheese and 4 walnuts just before serving.
