I was looking for large capers and ran across these! So glad I did.

I was looking for large capers and ran across these. I had read somewhere that caperberries are an excellent addition to pasta Puttanesca, which was what I was trying to recreate. I had never heard of caperberries but I saw these and decided to try them. OMG - they took my Puttanesca over the top! They have that caper-ish taste but they also add a wonderful crunch texture to the dish. I chopped them coarsely and added them to the sauce. Really good!
