Fresco Piadina is a must try Italian favorite. It is often described as a very thin flatbread and is commonly filled with prosciutto, cheese, arugula, or even cooked veggies. It’s a great change from an ordinary sandwich!
This piadina is our larger option with a diameter of 11’’. Unlike our other variety, it contains the addition of strutto, or lard, which makes for a softer piadina.
